We are happy to work using these fabulous Designer supplies. Just ask when placing your custom order.
We use only the best supplies available to us, Why? Because we want to ensure the product you buy last as long as possible. Most all of our creations are made of some type of material, and if exposed in direct weather, with time, will naturally break down. We treat every outdoor piece with both a Fabric & UV Sun Block Protector.
Mesh naturally frays, we will explain how to care for your pieces, how to store them and how to periodically treat them yourself. To protect them, if outdoors, they should be shielded by a overhang. Please store your pieces in a climate controlled area. Its best to hang your designs when storing them. 30 gal clear lawn bags are perfect to shield them. Treat each season with a UV Sunblock & A Clear Sealant, found in any Craft Dept., to preserve.
We do not except cancellations.
We do not accept returns, once you buy it, and we’ve inspected it, approved, packed and shipped, we are confident that you are getting exactly what you ordered.
Our pieces are always insured, in the off chance damage should occur.
Most of our designs are either one of a kind, or custom, made to order.
This is why we must protect our investments, and cover our time. Therefore, we do not refund,
All sales are final.
If your item is damaged in Shipping, Photograph both the damaged box and the damaged piece, contact us at once, You have 48 hrs to report the damage to us. We will contact the Shipping Co we used and instruct you from there.
If a refund is issued for damage by Carrier, the Customer will be reimbursed for their purchase.
If no refund is issued, there will be no reimbursement made.
Holidaze is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit, this is why we insure, to hold the Carrier responsible if they cause damage.
